The 20-time grand slam champion’s new bag is durable, modern, and carries a sleek design. The ‘Infrared’ red color is vibrant, with the black Wilson logo providing great contrast. Wilson’s ultimate defense to heat, Thermoguard, lines the insides of both large compartments, which can carry up to six rackets each for a total of twelve rackets. Two large handles, one on top of the bag when laid horizontally and the second when standing up vertically, make it easy to grab and go.
The backpack straps are adjustable, padded and plush, with black ‘W’ Wilson logo on each side. An intuitive addition are the small compression flap to tuck away the backpack straps, making for a neater look. Both sides of the Federer DNA 2018 12 Pack Infrared tennis bag come feature side compartments and improved zippers on main and side compartments. Federer’s signature is seen on both sides of the bag as well, which measures 30 x 13 x 13.5 inches / 77 x 33 x 34 centimeters.
