Federer advances to Hamburg quarterfinals

Roger Federer advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2013 bet-at-home Open in Hamburg with a straight sets, 6-4 6-3 win over qualifier Jan Hajek. The Swiss maestro struggled at times on his serve, serving only 52%, but managed to hit 7 aces and win over 70% of points. He is using a new Wilson 98 square inch racquet in Hamburg this week. However, he needed six match points to finally book his place in the quarterfinals, where he will face Florian Mayer.
