Roger raced into round 2 in just 1 hour 24 minutes today, playing very well all around and now moves on in his quest to win a 5th Australian Open title. Federer defeated Lukas Lacko 6-1 6-1 6-4 and awaits his second round opponent, which may be unseeded but a top player no doubt in Frenchman Giles Simon.
